Our E-Liquids are gyro-mixed and processed in our state-of-the-art clean-room laboratory, utilising automated filling and labeling equipment. With an operational capacity of 300,000 units per month, Lion Labs has the ability to meet orders of all sizes. Additionally, the flexibility of our automated system means that we can bottle E-Liquids in all certified Chubby Gorilla bottles (range includes 10, 30, 60, 100 and 120mL). Transparency is key to quality management, so we use BatchTrak® to provide you with end to end documentation for every product run.

Lion Labs takes pride in upholding the highest production standards with reliable lead times. We strive to maintain international best practices in our manufacturing processes by implementing Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in our fully compliant ISO 5 (Class 100) clean-room laboratory. Our clients can rest assured that their E-Liquid is produced to exceed all relevant regulations.

Co-packing

Co-packing is Lion Labs core service. Our offering looks like this: Lion Labs sources the highest quality base ingredients and nicotines to combine with our client’s proprietary flavour mixes according to their specified recipes. All manufacturing and bottling occurs in our safe and clean laboratory and all client information is kept confidential.

 

Our co-packing service is perfect for your line of E-Liquid if:

  • you want to expand (or start) your production but do not have the time or capacity to invest in manufacturing equipment and personnel

  • you want to be 100% sure that your product is of the highest quality

  • you have crafted high quality proprietary flavour recipes that are important to your brand and must be kept top secret

Printing and Packaging

We supply bottles, labels and packaging for E-Liquid. High quality colour labels and boxes are available for all E-Liquid bottle types. Our rates are competitive, and our lead times are short. Labeling in included in our Co-packing and OEM services, however printing and packaging is offered as a standalone service to any independent E-Liquid producers.
